Currently, he serves as a Digital Strategy and Innovation Consultant at his own firm, İÇİL Training and Consulting, which he established in 2013. Mustafa İçil is also recognized as a prominent Keynote Speaker in the field of Digital Transformation and Innovation. In addition to his professional career, he has taught "Digital Strategy" courses at renowned institutions such as Boğaziçi University and the TIAS Business School Executive MBA programs.
